Switched Outlet Not Working

None of the wires coming from the ceiling for the light the switch and the outlet are not reading hot. I can not find where the non working outlet and switch are feeding from. The bottom half of the outlets are working fine in both cases. Resettable circuit breaker all outlets on the product are protected. I have accounted for all other outlets and switches in the room.
